A useful wholesale inquiry gives the supplier enough information to respond with relevant products and terms. You do not need a perfect first order, but you should make the business need clear.
Include the essentials
- Business name and contact person.
- Store or business type.
- Receiving city, state, and address when needed.
- Formats or exact products of interest.
- Estimated case quantities.
- Preferred delivery window.
- Questions about account requirements and terms.
If you have a particular product in mind, include its full name or link. “The orange can” is less useful than an exact flavor and format.
Separate estimates from commitments
Label an exploratory quantity as an estimate. Ask the supplier to confirm availability, case configuration, minimums, delivery charges, and payment terms before treating the exchange as a final order.
You can also ask for the current catalog and product documents. Keep the response dated in your internal records so an older quote is not mistaken for current terms.
Start an inquiry through IncredMed wholesale or use the contact page for a focused account question. Share sensitive business documents only through the requested private channel.
