How to Keep Product Labels with Stored Drinks

The original beverage package is a useful information record. Keeping it with the product preserves details that can be lost when cans, bottles, or mixes are moved into other containers.

Keep the container identifiable

Store unopened drinks in their original containers with the labels readable. For multipacks, keep any outer packaging that carries information not repeated on the individual units. Avoid covering batch codes, date markings, or preparation instructions with your own labels.

If you prepare a drink mix, keep its original package nearby and clearly identify the finished drink. An ordinary-looking bottle without product information creates unnecessary confusion.

Use a backup record thoughtfully

A clear label photo can help with reordering or support questions. Photograph the front, ingredients, serving panel, and batch or date code. Keep the images linked to the exact product name rather than storing an unidentified collection of can photos.

A photo is a reference, not a reason to discard the original instructions. Recheck the package when a new batch or formulation arrives.
