How to Measure a Labeled Serving of Liquid Mixer

A labeled liquid mixer bottle beside graduated serving-measurement tools.

To measure a serving of liquid mixer, start with the manufacturer’s directions for that exact product. The serving volume, measuring method, and preparation steps should all be clear before you pour.

Read the units carefully

Milliliters describe liquid volume; milligrams describe mass, such as a labeled THC amount. A label that gives both is connecting a measured volume with its stated contents. Do not treat the two numbers as interchangeable.

Use the measuring device or method specified by the maker. If a bottle includes a marked device, check how its markings correspond to the directions. Do not assume an ordinary bottle cap or kitchen spoon has the required volume.

Follow the complete preparation

  • Read any instructions before measuring.
  • Measure the stated liquid portion accurately.
  • Add the specified mixing liquid as directed.
  • Keep the package and label available.
  • Follow storage instructions for the opened bottle.

If the directions conflict or a measurement is missing, ask for clarification rather than inventing a conversion. A familiar cocktail recipe does not override this product’s instructions.
