Glassware can make a beverage easier to serve, but the size of a glass is not a serving instruction. Choose a practical vessel, then follow the product’s labeled portion and preparation directions.
Start with the format
For a ready-to-drink can, keeping the original container beside the glass preserves the label. For a multi-serving bottle or mixer, use the maker’s measuring instructions rather than filling a glass by eye.
Allow room for any ice or garnish you plan to use without treating the remaining space as a target for more product. A larger glass does not call for a larger THC serving.
Make each drink identifiable
Use washable markers, tags, or a simple coaster system to distinguish individual drinks. Keep THC and non-THC beverages clearly identified even when both are poured into similar glasses.
- Choose stable, practical glassware.
- Keep the original label available.
- Measure multi-serving products as directed.
- Identify the finished beverage clearly.
- Use a separate system for non-THC options.
Read serving and hosting guides or request the directions for a specific product.
