IncredMed Inc. offers the following return policy.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We go above and beyond to ensure the products we ship are up to our customers expectations and standards. All items are individually inspected, and hand packaged, therefore, Incredmed stands behind any reports of products that are determined defective; miss labeled or damaged during packaging.
In order to process claims of defective, damaged or miss labeled products, our customer service team must be contacted within 7 days of delivery notifications provided by our shippers. If Incredmed is contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-970-324-9948, we will begin a review of your defective merchandise replacement request.
Because this is relatively a new industry, our payment system is unable to offer credit card refunds. In lieu of credit reversal, IncredMed offers; online store credit of which, a credit may be applied to any other items offered from our online store or a replacement of the same product with no new shipping charges.
When taking advantage of Incredmed’s return policy, the following are required.
Incredmed will send return packaging. Customers must place remaining product in the package provided and mail it back to Incredmed within 3 days. We will have a tracking code on our provided package. Upon receipt we will determine if a replacement of the same product will be sent out with no added shipping charges, or an instore credit will be issued.
